  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Refunds: After we receive your return and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
